Enquiry Schools - resources and information for schools in receipt of funding

Throughout the programme, Enquiry Schools will record their planning and evaluation on Creative Partnerships Schools' Database.

The list below outlines the forms to be completed:

  • Project Planning Form
  • Project Evaluation Form - end-point
  • Project End Form
  • Session recording form - (this is optional and it is not completed on the CPPD – see the Planning and Evaluation guidance for more information)

School Coordinators and Creative Agents are responsible for completing the forms online on the Creative Partnerships Projects Database which can be found at
https://creativeweb.creative-partnerships.com. Guidance can also be found on the Database in the ‘help’ section.

Your local Creative Partnerships Delivery Organisation will be able to advise you on how to use this system.
