Happy 1st Birthday to us!
1 Apr 2010
The Mighty Creatives formed a year ago on 1 April and to help us celebrate our achievements to date we'll be launching a brand new website today just for you!
Our first year has been a spectacular challenge full of exciting projects and achievements.
Richard Clark, Chief Executive, said, "I’m so excited that we are celebrating our first birthday. Since 1 April 2009, we have seen our team grow, our work and partnerships expand and new horizons open up before us.
"We started our business by asking young people to give us a name and they did a wonderful job, creating a brand and vision for The Mighty Creatives that is both exciting and challenging. In delivering the first year of that vision, we want to say thank you to so many people: our Board and staff members, children and young people, our team of creative agents, local authorities, and our many other partners who inspire young people to learn, create and thrive.
"As our second year starts, we look forward to helping more children and young people make a positive change happen in their lives and communities. I can’t wait to see what happens next."
The Mighty Creatives deliver Creative Partnerships for the East Midlands as well as managing and running our other programmes: MLA, Ignition, Journals and Find Your Talent.
Visit www.themightycreatives.com for more information and for your chance to WIN some fantastic prizes sign-up to our mailing list by 12 April at noon.
