Creative Partnerships London West aims to raise the aspirations and achievements of children and young people in schools by developing participant led, high quality creative learning and change programmes in collaboration with a range of strategic partners. Creative Partnerships London West was set up at the end of 2005 and is now working with 15 core and 29 associate schools from across the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham.
