On Wednesday 13 July the Creative Partnerships programme, delivered by the UK Centre for Carnival Arts for the past three years, went out with a bang, a lot of whistling and a huge round of applause from hundreds of hand-clappers!
BBC presenter Dr Nina Ramirez gave an inspirational talk to students at Redmoor High School on Friday 15 July and explored their Creative Partnerships project.
The Bright Space ‘Platform’ project, supported by Creative Partnerships, has been selected as a case study out of 120 received nationally, for the Artsworks national campaign resource ‘Youth Arts Transforms Lives - Fact’. This accolade demonstrates further recognition for ‘Platform’ amongst youth arts professionals and the youth sector as a whole.
