The following document outlines the Creative Schools Development Framework (CSDF) and how it is completed. Enquiry Schools are not required to use the CSDF (see the two documents below) but may find it a useful process to work through as part of their project’s planning and reflection stages. You will not be required to do this process on the database as an Enquiry school.

Throughout the programme, Enquiry Schools will record their planning and evaluation on Creative Partnerships Projects Database. The list below outlines the forms that have to be completed:

• Project Planning Form
• Project Evaluation Form – end-point
• Project End Form
• Session recording form – (this is optional and it is not completed on the CPPD – see the Planning and Evaluation guidance for more information)
