:: Long description

This project is a test bed period of activity introducing Creative Partnerships to the East Shipley Cluster of schools. Focusing on the work of international artist Balraj Khanna as the starting point and connecting with it through dance, storytelling and music, creative thinking skills, visual art and music and digital media.

The participants have explored coming together as a cluster of schools/artists, learning to learn, styles of learning to motivate and have looked at ways of raising standards of work through creative learning. They are taking this knowledge back to the classroom and the curriculum.

This project will help develop staff confidence in working creatively and teach them how to widen the creative experience for staff and children.

The project will also form a strong cluster vision to engage with Creative Partnerships over the next three years.
